We like openess and always we are fixed by law about sales anf guarantee. So we want to share our condicitions to everyone

1º GUARANTEE AND SALE CONDITIONS

These guarantee and sale conditions replace the previous conditions. These conditions will be aplied to articles or contracted services with us, AUTOMATISMOS POWERMATIC S.L.Unip, now POWERMATIC. We understand as CLIENT, person/company order us some services.

2ºACEPTED ESTIMATE

The validity period of the estimate is FIFTEEN DAYS. Please, if you want to acept it, you have to send us the estimate signed by email. To start the works you have to respect the payment way. If not, the estimate will be cancelled.

3º PAYMENT

The payment will be agreed by both when the client signs the estimate. In case of delay or non-payment, POWERMATIC shall charge a extra fee according Real Decreto Legislativo nº 231 del 09/10/2001.

The articles described in the estimate will be property of POWERMATIC until total patment of invocies. POWERMATIC could take back the sold articles wherever they are, even if they has been sold to others.

4º ARTICLES AND SERVICES GUARANTEE, SINCE 2 YEARS UNTIL 5 YEARS

Clients always could profit of legal guarantee if they have a purchacase proof, invoice or receipt. So it´s very importat keep your purchacase document.

4.1.Guarantee time to new installations is 24 months. The guarantee includes to repair or replace the installed articles and the technician time and transport tax.

You could order an extra time in your guarantee until 5 YEARS to new installations. You have to order previously and contrat a maintenace service. This contrat isn´t free and the cost depends of numeber of authomatisms and their used.

4.2. Guarantee time to repair installations out of original guarantee according the Ley del Consumidor en Europa. It´s 6 months to repaired or replaced devices according the existing law.

Batteries to engines, emitters or communicastions kits haveone year of guarantee since the purchacase date. Always you have to show the invoice or receipt.

It´s out of guarantee all no-pyament services, damages by natural disaster, floods, fires, power failure, bad use, wet electronic devices, sabotage, uncomplete devices, dismanteling or damages by not maintenance.

Likewise, the fails from interaction of our devices and others don´t be covered. For examples, intercom, access control system, etc.

TO CLAIM THE EGUARANTEE YOU HAVE TO SHOW THE ORIGINAL INVOICE OR RECEIPT.

5º MAINTENANCE

Authomatic gate systems need a periodic maintance to increase the system longevity and the users security. With the incoice you should receive a technical document with installation details and maintenance instructions. If you don´t have it, please let us know as soon as possible to send you the information. Maintenance service isn´t include in the price and you should be how order it. Maintenace service isn´t free.

6º SPANISH LAWS

To some problem with the contact, both parts are under Spanish law jurisdiction, and Marbella Tribunals too.
